- Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Data Use: By submitting information (e.g., CDL, insurance), you grant US Loads permission to store, process, and share it with load providers as needed to facilitate services.
- Data Accuracy: You must notify us of any changes to your submitted information.
6. Payment
Payments for loads are handled by load providers, not US Loads, unless we explicitly act as an intermediary. We are not responsible for payment disputes between drivers and providers. Any fees charged by US Loads (e.g., subscription or service fees) will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, and designs, is owned by US Loads or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
US Loads is not liable for:
- Losses or damages arising from load agreements, including non-payment or delays.
- Inaccuracies in user-submitted data.
- Interruptions to Site access due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
